Woolooware Bay Town Centre

The eastern precinct of the town centre includes the upgrade with the Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club and ground, and adds a significant hotel, retail and residential precinct and podium landscape. The project includes 250 apartments, a 70 room hotel, commercial offices, shopping centre with majors and broad range of speciality, and 1,100 carparks, The landscape provides a large forecourt town square type space and streetscape, podium pool and extensive gardens and play areas, and another 5 levels of landscaped terraces across the various tower buildings.
