Site Image have been working on this 1km long precinct project for 7 years, completing the Central Park precinct with townhouses and attached housing around a large community park. This latest 5 Ha northern portion includes 9 towers in a significant landscape setting of parklands and civic spaces. A central promenade spine has a feature ‘urban stream’, with various community buildings set under the landscape opening onto this active pedestrian link. Features include a large amphitheater / event lawn, community gardens, adventure and water play, resort pool area, barbecue and family lawns, sculpture garden, and various ‘residential parks’ providing intimate garden spaces.
