15 Talavera Road

This 1990’s building underwent a significant refurbishment including forecourt and surrounds, façade and lobby, level 3 courtyards.  The blank podium wall presenting to the main arrival was addressed with an artwork by Site Image applied as perforated metal screens. The artwork returns around into the lobby as a vinyl applied to the lobby wall.  The landscape included new gardens, road setdown, paths and lighting.  This upgrade significant raised the profile of the building to be in keeping with the high standard of surrounding new commercial buildings in Macquarie Park.
