Savannah

Savannah is the third stage of ‘The Address’ at Wentworth Point – completed in December 2016. Evoking the theme of ‘grasslands’, the design provides a series of large open recreational nodes for residents within a sculpturally curved landscape elements to ground the design. The provision of communal space provides residents with amenity both experiential as you move through it, and visually to be viewed from apartment’s above. The success of this landscape lies in its simplicity, with a minimalist palette of materials and a combination of clean simple lines, ultimately providing an ever changing space as you move through it. Mature tree plantings, and a lush aesthetic meant that this design could offer a sense of an established landscape from day dot.
