Macquarie Park Village

Macquarie Park Village is a mixed retail & commercial development comprising 7 multi-storey towers. The design creates resort style living within the urban area of North Ryde and has pedestrian links to the nearby Macquarie University station. The development is centered around 3 major courtyards, which are dominated by open grass areas to provide extensive recreation opportunities and include a 25m outdoor pool and mature transplanted palms. The development also accommodates 3 significant items of Public Art. Construction commenced on Macquarie Park Village in early 2015 and the completion of the development was staged from February 2017 through to final completion in April 2018.
