Hope Island Resort Community

Site Image were involved for 10 years, working with McKerrell Lynch Architects with developer Shinko Australia, from overall project masterplan through developing of 8 initial major project precincts, including waterways and streetscapes, residential areas, apartments, hotel, sports and entertainment precinct, and the iconic Golf Clubhouse as the centrepiece for the Thompson Wolveridge designed course. The large clubhouse and landscaped surrounds includes a series of different feature courtyards and function spaces, outlook terraces, and forecourt and carpark areas. The integration with the overall waterfront and golf course setting provided the postcard imagery for the launch of this now internationally famous project.
